What can cause me to lose my Activated Expert status?

In order to maintain active account status, Expert must adhere to the following:
  • Use the platform solely for providing friendly and professional service to customers
  • Maintain high customer rating average
  • Avoid using obscenities or derogatory language with a customer
  • Never engage in false calls or ratings, or manipulate the system
  • Avoid publishing slander and defamation content against 6ya
