I am having video/audio call connectivity issues?

6ya app uses the phone's data or WiFi when available to connect you to the Expert.

We recommend the following best practices:

  1. Please make sure that the WiFi is turned on and that you are connect to a WiFi access point. Please make sure that the WiFi icon on your device shows that you are connected to a strong WiFi. 
  2. If WiFi access point is not available or if it is weak, we recommend using 4G or LTE mobile services for the video call. 
  3. If you are still having video call quality problems, we recommend that you turn off the video and switch to audio only call. 


Note: Please make sure that you have data enabled on your phone when using 4G or LTE
