6ya app uses the phone's data or WiFi when available to connect you to the Expert.
We recommend the following best practices:
- Please make sure that the WiFi is turned on and that you are connect to a WiFi access point. Please make sure that the WiFi icon on your device shows that you are connected to a strong WiFi.
- If WiFi access point is not available or if it is weak, we recommend using 4G or LTE mobile services for the video call.
- If you are still having video call quality problems, we recommend that you turn off the video and switch to audio only call.
If you have a poor internet connection, you can still speak to experts using the voice call functionality.
Note: Please make sure that you have data enabled on your phone when using 4G or LTE
