I am having video call connectivity issues

The 6ya app uses your phone's data or WiFi when available to connect you to an Expert.

We recommend the following best practices:

1.Please make sure that the WiFi is turned on for your mobile device and that you are connected to a WiFi access point. Please make sure that the WiFi icon on your device shows that you are connected to a strong WiFi network. 

2.If a WiFi access point is not available or if it is weak, we recommend using your 4G or LTE mobile services for the video call.

3.  If you are still having video call quality problems, we recommend that you turn off the video and switch to an audio only call. 

If you have a poor internet connection, you can still speak to experts using the voice call functionality.

Note: Please make sure that you have data enabled on your phone when using 4G or LTE
