How do I take a customer's call?

When you are ready to accept Customer Requests, simply open your app and set the Availability toggle to On.

Once you’ve indicated you’re Available there are two ways to accept calls:

  1. An internet based voice or video call - A push notification  that includes a ringing sound and visual banner will appear on your phone screen even when you’re not actively in the app.  You’ll be able to tap the push notification to accept or reject the call.
  2. A phone call - Your phone will ring as it normally does during incoming call from a local or long distance phone number ('6YA' may or may not appear as the caller ID).
When you are no longer available to accept calls, toggle your availability back to Unavailable. If you would like to block off specific times to never receive any Customer Requests, go to My Settings and select Do Not Disturb.
