If I don’t know the answer to the Customer’s question, what should I do?

It’s always a good idea to be completely honest with the customer when you do not know the answer to any question being asked.

The customer saves time and can quickly connect with another Expert, while you save time so that you can move on to another call.

Note: Assess the situation quickly and share your feedback with the customer before the 1 minute period if you cannot answer the question being asked.
