I'm not receiving the login code

Are you not receiving the login code or experiencing delays in receiving the login code?

Please double check that the mobile phone number you entered in the login field is correct.

Have you ever texted STOP as a reply to any marketing text messages that you might have received in the past? We use a major texting company that other companies in the industry also might use to send out text messages.

If you still aren't receiving the code, try texting START to 650-445-0722 to enable the ability to receive text messages from 6ya.


Check the phone number associated with your Membership

Check your receipt for the phone number associated with your Membership. Please use the same number that you used at the time of account registration. 


Are you using a VoIP based phone number?

If you are trying to login to our App, please note that the app currently does not permit the use of VoIP services such as Google Voice.
