Can I provide a rating or tip to an expert any time after a call has ended?

Yes, you may submit either in the mobile app at any time, no matter how much time has passed since the call ended!

After logging into the app, go to “My Calls” in your app menu. On the “My Calls” page, you’ll see the list of calls you’ve made. Select the call that you’d like to take action on. The options to rate and tip will appear as long as you haven’t done so in the past.
